As the founder and lead educator of Fertile Health, LLC, Monica Moore travels the country training fertility nurses and their teams in her area of expertise, reproductive endocrinology. When she first started, 20 years ago, she was patient-focused, working in a busy infertility practice. Through this experience, she identified a clear need for better nursing orientation and enrichment, embodying evidence-based science to train nurses in infertility who can then teach patients in their personal health and fertility choices. She has written journal articles, spoken at numerous conferences, led postgraduate courses and created her own learning modules that utilize unique graphics to teach nurses.
